Tina began her real estate career in San Francisco in 1976 assisting the owner and multiple agents of one of the City’s most successful high-volume brokerages. She developed a deep understanding of every aspect of real estate — knowledge that helped her become the veteran Bay Area industry leader she is today.
Highly self-motivated and committed to confidentiality and positive outcomes for her clients, she joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 2004 and consistently ranks among the company’s top producers, regularly securing top-tier sales volumes in both the town of Sonoma and across Wine Country. Clients and colleagues alike admire her in-depth experience, stalwart professionalism, impeccable reputation, strong work ethic, artful negotiating skills, insightful marketing capabilities, warm demeanor, and seasoned navigation of complicated transactions. Tina assists buyers and sellers of all types of properties in the Bay Area and Northern California’s wine country, from rural and equestrian estates to vineyards, historic homes, and new developments.
Her relationship with Sotheby’s International Realty allows her to offer clients access to strategic regional, national, and international markets; high-net-worth individuals and an extensive global network of associates and clients. Alongside her son and daughter — both adept sales agents in their own right — and several administrative and marketing team members — she helms the Shone Group, providing clients multiple decades of experience and expertise buying and selling in Sonoma, Glen Ellen, Kenwood, Napa, and Marin County. During her free time, Tina enjoys spending time with her family and delving into history, the arts, and current events.
Born and raised in Glen Ellen by one of the region’s most successful real estate professionals, Amanda spent her youth viewing and visiting California’s most sought after estates. What began as a deep appreciation for the beauty of her hometown, quickly blossomed into a gift for matching the perfect home with the perfect owner and sharing her expertise. Her innate passion for people, positive approach and can-do attitude are key factors in her real estate success and in the strong personal relationships she has developed over the years. Straightforward, honest, trustworthy, Amanda works tirelessly for her clients while always injecting a little fun into the tasks at hand. She prides herself on staying abreast of market trends, marketing innovations and technology tools and adapting to the ever-changing real estate world. After earning degrees in Product Development at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising and Business Marketing at San Francisco State, she began contributing to the Shone Group by streamlining and implementing key operational practices. In 2014, Amanda transitioned into agent status with Sotheby’s International Realty and has solidified her reputation as an industry talent and trusted resource.
She continues to connect with her community through her volunteer work with Impact 100 and her work as President of the Glen Ellen Forum. Camping, hiking and socializing with family and friends make up a few of her extracurricular activities. She is honored to steward her clients through some of life’s most important milestones and committed to serving those relationships with transparency and enthusiasm.
Evan Shone is a 4th generation real estate professional, born and raised in Sonoma Valley. Utilizing his deep community connections and focused study of industry trends, Evan has uniquely positioned himself to serve both buyers and sellers. He draws on his intimate knowledge of the wine country region to provide up-to-the minute information to his clients, and negotiate confidently on their behalf. Evan is a family man, with two beautiful daughters, and strong ties to his extended family who all call Sonoma County home.

We recently engaged Tina Shone, Shone Group, agents for Sotheby’s, to sell our large property in Sonoma County, with a vineyard, outbuildings, a main home and a small cottage. The property was inherited and co-owned by several families…some near, some far.
This whole project was a challenge on several fronts, involving a commitment to significant improvements to land and dwellings. Painters, plumbers, carpenters, electricians, excavator, tree surgeons, and many more specialists had to be found and engaged and supervised in order to tackle the work schedule.
Tina was indispensable (and tireless) in finding the skilled people we needed, and was great at advising us when we had challenges and needed an expert opinion…from what color to paint the main house to what projects made sense to take on, and what ones to forego.
Tina was there whenever we needed her, and she helped in countless ways to keep projects rolling. From start to finish, Tina was professional in every way, with an excellent staff behind her, and her handling of the ultimate sale and paperwork was superb.
