Tina Shone, Broker Associate, has touched all facets of the real estate profession since her start in San Francisco in 1976. Leveraging the real estate knowledge and experience of two generations before her, Tina has acquired a deep understanding of the industry’s intricate processes resulting in artful negotiating skills, insightful marketing and a unique ability to close complicated transactions. Her career includes listing and selling property of all types throughout the Bay Area and Northern California wine country, with expertise in rural, vineyard, equestrian, development and historic properties.
Tina joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 2004 and has placed in its top 1-3% for the last 3 years. She is currently ranked #2 in sales volume in Sonoma and #5 in Sonoma County. The combined commitment to quality, professionalism and performance has created a strong, successful partnership and ensures that her clients’ properties are exposed to strategic regional, national and international markets and high net worth customers.

Born and raised in Glen Ellen by one of the region’s most successful real estate professionals, Amanda spent her youth viewing and visiting California’s most sought after estates. What began as an appreciation for the beautiful and unique landscapes of wine country, quickly blossomed into a gift for matching the perfect home with the perfect owner. It is her passion for people, and willingness to work tirelessly on their behalf, that has awarded her early success in the field. After earning degrees in Product Development (FIDM) and Business Marketing (SF State), she began contributing to the team by streamlining and implementing standard operational practices. Amanda joined Sotheby’s in 2014, and soon transitioned into agent status. She made quick use of her sophisticated operations knowledge and local expertise, completing several successful sales. As she solidifies her status as an emerging talent and trusted resource in the industry, she continues to enrich her community through her work with Impact 100.
